· Chartered = February 1, 1998 (First Growl was held 0900 March 21, 1998 when Charter was given to 12 Charter Members and Officers were Installed by Worthy Pack Leader PDD James C. Ligon)
· New Members = (See Bylaws Sect 101-C) Fill out DD Form # 83-1 also MUST HAVE Copy of DD214, Report of Separation, or Honorable Discharge Certificate!
· Annual Dues = $20.00 ($10.00 Kennel - $2.00 Pack - $8.00 Pound)
Note: After March 1st Kennel Dues for New Member is ˝ of the normal $10.00 ($5.00)
· Due Date for Dues = Within 3 Months after Supreme Growl (held August each year)
Fiscal Year = 1 September to 30 August.
· New Member Fee =$33.45 (Consisting of; $10.00 Kennel dues + $2.00 Pack dues + Dog Tag $2.00 + Dog Collar $1.00 + Standing Dog Pin $1.00 + Shoulder Patch $5.00 + Cover Patch $3.25 + Passport Book $5.00 + RITUAL $2.25 + S&H $1.95 = $33.45)
Note = Dog Tag to be Engraved after receipt of MODD Card from Kennel.
· Growl = ‘Meeting" of Pound or Grand Growl of Pack or Supreme Growl of Kennel
· Growl Frequency = Pound =Quarterly (See Bylaws Page 13 for Mandatory Annual Growl)
(Grand Growl- 1st week of June each year / Supreme Growl 1st week of August each year)
· Quorum for Growl = 6 Dogs
· Dog House = Place where Growls are held or room set aside for the transaction of business.
· Bones = Small Bone $0.25 / Big Bone $1.00 (All Bones support Our Pound Finances)
· Passport Books = Must HAVE at all Growls or be Fined Five (5) Big Bones!
· Visa Stamp = Must have Passport Book Stamped @ EVERY Growl = Cost $1.00 (1- Big Bone)
Note = This $1.00 must be forwarded to Kennel for Children’s Hospital Fund!
· Dog Collar (Ribbon) = (Black = PUP) (Red = Devil Dog) (Gold = Pedigree Devil Dog)· Dog Tag = Round Metal Identification Disc see Section 703 in Bylaws
· Woof - Woof = Salute = Spoken when addressing or responding to another Devil dog
· Officers = See Bylaws Section 210-D, 214 (1), and 208-A-6.
· Uniform = Except for Collar / Dog Tag / Passport Book / Latest MODD Card and "Red" Cover which are mandatory - Casual Dress is the NORM.
However the Pound Keeper may from time to time require Special Dress to fit the Occasion.
· Quartermaster = A form is available at all Growls, where Devil Dog items can be purchased. (Payment in advance with order - is necessary)

· Federal ID # = EIN 72-1417587· Woof-O-Gram = Bulletin sent out by Barking Dog prior to or after a Growl.

2) (Pound) "Sir" Pound Keeper -or- (Pack) "Worthy" Pack Leader -or- (Kennel) "Honorable" Chief Devil Dog

 · "Sacred" items for Growl = American Flag,  Holy Bible,  Charter & The Bone.
· Saluting = Right Arm raised parallel to shoulder, forearm bent at the elbow, forming a 90 degree angle and with the paw clenched in a "human-like" fist (Except when Saluting the Flag with "standard" Salute).
· Ritual = (Copy included in New Member Kit) Book of Rules and regulations for all Growls. (each Dog has their own Personal copy)
· Bylaws = (Copy included in New Member Kit) Book containing rules adopted for government / regulation of members / affairs.
